The
radiosites
home page contains our current programme
list. Browse through the programmes, there is a brief description
of each radio report and if you see one you like simply click
on the radio to hear it.
Once on the report page the audio
programme will be loaded using Macromedia Flash and streaming
audio. This means that the audio will start to play a few
seconds after you enter the page, the audio stream may pause
occasionally due to a slow Internet connection [if
you have a problem with this try stopping the audio, then
after about 15 - 20 seconds click play to restart it].
You can read a transcript and
look at the pictures whilst listening. If you want to turn
off the audio simply click on the stop button at the top of
the page. To restart the audio hit play. You can also view
sponsors links from the page whilst listening to the audio.
If you want to listen to a different programme the audio will
stop, otherwise you would be listening to more than one audio
file at once! If you visit a sponsors link from a programme
page and they use streaming audio they will play over each
other until you stop either one...
Each of our features usually
last between 3 and 4 minutes. To listen to further reports
you can click on the 'next report'
radio at the bottom of the page [see the graphic above] or
on the alternative reports button to go back to the home page.
The blue panel above will also tell you what the next report
is.
